1-  Mail in your gold/silver

Pack your gold or silver in a bubble envelope, or box.  properly seal your shipment.
Ship it with insurance (optional/recommended) If you don't have insurance, for sure send via signature confirmation. This will get the post office to at least handle it better. via the U.S. Post Office, UPS, Fed ex, or any shipper you choose.
Please include all of your contact information including name, address, daytime phone and e-mail address if you have one.
It is not necessary to list every item you are sending, but you can if you want.
Please remember to include your phone #.
I will contact you for payout amount, and get

2-  Determine your payout

You will receive an email or call when the package arrives, and your items have been tested for content and weighed for payout.
Usually within 24 hours of getting it.

All stones, and non-gold content if any will be removed. You can remove stones prior to shipment if you want to keep them.

Your payout amount is based on the spot price at the time your order is done being processed, and I call you. You will get paid at least 80% spot price at that time.

If you like your amount, then your payment will be made. You will get a credit for the cost to ship your gold/silver to me if you decide to sell.
 
If you choose not to sell, your order will be shipped back to you at no cost to you. Either way all stones, and non gold content will have been removed, but you can get that shipped back to you too.

when I look online and drive down the street, all I see is everyone suddenly being an expert in gold and silver! Go talk to them. Ask them what the payout is, but don't ask for a dollar amount. ASK for a percentage of spot price amount!  I see everyone saying they pay the highest price. This is not realistic.

I am offering a defined payout price in a percentage of spot price! Currently 80%!
