A lot of fancy gold buying sites are on the internet, but take a close look at them before you choose who you want to do business with. My name is Jason Berg, and I have been in the antique business for 25+ years, and have buying and selling jewelry and gold for a long time. I have a simple way for you to cash in on your scrap gold here.

Here is how you get cash for your scrap gold:

1. Contact me with your contact information: Your name & phone number (With best time to call) I will call you for a chat, then you can go to step 2 with confidence. 

2. You then mail (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) your gold to me safe and secure. Ship materials by registered and insured mail. If your lot comes out at 1,000.00 or more your shipping cost will be added to your payout for free shipping. If your in the SW Florida area, we can arrange a face to face meeting.

3. I will call you after all your gold has been tested. NO GAMES. Any non gold will be put aside.

4. A photo of your gold broken down by Karat 10K, 14K, 18K so on...(karat markings on jewelry) will be taken on the scale. Like this one: The photos will be emailed to you. You will see it on the scale in grams. Watch out for those buyers paying out per gram, but weighing your gold in penney weights. Watch out for buyers who pay out at 10K for all unmarked gold! A lot of gold is not marked! It could be old, antique gold, or it could have been custom made.

5. Based on the spot price we will determine the price you will get for your gold scrap at about 3.00 per gram less than spot. Dental scrap is 16K-18K. I don't play games with the gram weight of gold with stones. You are paid for your scrap gold with or without stones. Watch out for those buyers who want to pay less because your gold has stones. Chances are you will get way less for your gold, because they will knock off the price way over the stone weight. Worst yet, they will charge you for stone removal. Also, small gem stones, and diamonds have very little to no value. Unless a diamond is 50 or more points it has very low if any value. 

6. You will be sent a check, or you can get a Paypal payment for your gold.

I also buy sterling silver at spot price less about 3.00 per ounce too! Payment for platinum is about 3.00 per gram less than spot price too!

10K 8.01 per gram
14K 12.20 per gram
18K 16.66 per gram

You will see the payout is just under 3.00 per gram of spot value. I sell it in larger lots, and make about 3.00 per gram. This is the small difference you see in the payout amounts per gram here based on spot value.
