Basic description includes size, weight, dimensions, condition, age, what it is, any markings, so on...  Members will always be able to ask questions, and if they don't know what to put in for a description on an item, they can ask someone to help. As the business develops the items will come to the description unit will a paperwork file. and items of particular interest will have description inputs in the file. A file follows the item throughout the process.

The internet site will in time develop an ask a question link. Members, or the general public may ask a question. The co will answer that question, or give directions to find the answer to that question. Keep in mind that the items are sometimes antiques, collectibles, coins, so on.. as such that some research may be made prior to sending the item to imaging, and then to the description unit. Help will always be a click away for members. The item may go to research at the RDC, or it may get a quick text to cut and past into the description box. The item comes into the description init after the images are made at the RDC. Sourced items are sorted prior to getting to description editors.
