The TSA is breaking the 4th Amendment RIGHTS, because although the air port
is like any other public sector business, like your local shopping mall, or
grocery store. The choice to buy the ticket or enter the shop in the capital
market system is NOT THE ISSUE!
It is FORCED into ALL public sector airlines companies, and all MUST comply (or
else) face the wrath of the economic dictatorship, slipping into a dictatorship
of agency rule: Like the Roman Empire, and the German Nazi party rule. The
getting to a Stalin RULE. As the grocery store, and small shops, and malls all
fall for the trick, the illusion of fear from these thug terrorist. WE need MORE
freedoms! NOT LESS. And we certainly can all agree that we need to protect the
Constitutional freedoms we have left, and restore and strengthen those we have
already lost. This is the problem at the airlines today, but will the mall be
next, or church, or school, what? Oh, by the way all women know they could
easily pack a bomb! this is not the terrorist! It is young Muslim males! Not
nuns with a mouse up her skirt! We need to get real here, and save this country
NOW!
Air lines would be better off doing their own security, with support from the US
Armed Forces to provide them with threat information, and if the air line does
detain someone, have them picked up with a military truck, and armed forces.
THIS needs to be a WAR, not a crime fighting effort! Every time the terrorist
gains in playing the US government against itself, and the citizens, they get
bolder to try another terrorist message with suicide bombers! These bombers are
not easy to get, even in their countries! Although they do have some gains every
time they think they are winning the battles, and the war. WE have not even
started the war against them yet!
What ever would be needed to set up the profiling office with US Armed Forces on
site, would be welcome to the air port, for added real security. The
jurisdictions need to be in proper order.
freedoms for the general public needs to be lifted on the ground even MORE than
it was before the 9/11 attack! This is a loss to them. Every time we spend
another trillion fighting them, they love that! FEAR from them, is just like
fear from the DEVIL. both are the same illusion and are NOT a threat, in the
country once the borders are secure, and the flights are in a proper security
format. the citizens must get MORE freedoms to fight the terrorist, NOT less!
This freedom, and the others outlines in the GAP Flaw fix plan, all is designed
to END, all those problems! but it can take proper steps, and order to do it in
stages. Granted, but it is up to us! WE are the government! NOT THEM! these weak
terrorist are using our own broken government structure against us. OF course
the intentions are all good from the TSA prospective, but it is not big brother
that will win the war, it is FREEDOMS of each US citizen will win the WAR! This
is the same problem the government has fixing the gap flaw problems, and
everything else they try to do.
THE TSA should not be in any air port! They should be at the BORDER! in order to
gain ground on safety on the ground, the borders need to be locked down first in
proper order, and the outlines plan does just that, but even before that, we
should yell very loud that the border needs to be locked down in the next
election cycle! Open the border up as it becomes a US ARMED forces secure. On
land, sea, and air all of the borders need to be locked down. This is just my 2
cents worth, like every one else, I am mad at all this tricks, and waste
spending NEEDS TO STOP too!!!!
