This is a new offer created by Jason Berg with the grand opening of the new JB's Cyber Antique Shop!
offer created 11/12/2009 by Jason Berg.

Of course I will accept a full Us dollar payment through Paypal, or a mail in payment as usual.

This offer gives my buyers a unique payment method.

The offer:
I will accept a mail in payment in part or full balance due on invoice in scrap gold, silver, or US gold and silver coins! This offer applies to orders of $50.00 US dollars or more.

Cash in your old scrap gold for items in my little cyber antique shop, or at auction.

I will trade 100% spot value at the time the auction ends or is bought in the store with Buy It Now price, or accepted offer. I will trade 10K, 14K, or 18K scrap gold for cash off your invoice total. Your gold must be marked. Some are English marked 417, 585, or 750. That is fine 417 is 10K, 585 is 14K, and 750 is 18K.  The scrap gold weight in grams will include stones if any. I will trade for the total weight including any stones. The total invoice balance due includes any shipping and handling cost. Non solid gold like gold filled 1/20 14K GF, or gold plated, or tone will not be traded. It does need to be solid gold.

How it works:
At the time the item sells either at auction, or in my little antique shop here, I will offer 100% spot value in trade for your invoice balance due. I will trade scrap gold, silver, or US gold coins & US silver coins.

After you get your invoice, you can choose to trade all or part of your balance due in trade. you can make a Payment in Us dollars with Paypal, or mail in your payment for the balance due, or mail in as part of full payment your scrap gold.

This offer is for all my little cyber antique shop buyers, and auction bidders too.

If you want to send in scrap, but do not have a scale, or a way to weigh it. Here is one way to do it.
A US penny is 2.5 grams. a nickel is 5 grams, a dime is 2.3 grams, and a quarter is about 5.7 grams. Weights are all approximate, but in the general area.

Example:
If your invoice was 50.00 or more you just might have a single earring or a broken chain, or some scrap gold laying around. Lets say your invoice was 50.00 and you got your invoice today 11/12/09. You found a 14K earring 2 grams clearly marked 14K.
Your invoice will include the trade amount for the offer. You will see something like this in your invoice:

11/12/09 gold spot price: 1103.30 per ounce.
Trade in amounts offered:

10K - 14.79 per gram
14K - 20.74 per gram
18K - 26.60 per gram

Your trade value for this 2 gram earring would be 41.48.
You subtract the trade in amount from your invoice. Then make a paypal payment or just send in the balance due with your scrap gold. In this case your balance due would be $8.52. Just wrap it in a tissue paper and put it in with your payment.

That's it is is very simple! If you have any questions just drop me a line!
