Team members work in units structured by the company to implement the logistics on the ground to buy items from team members called Field representatives. After basic training, a new field rep can attend garage sales. Garage Sales are open source of supply lines. reps. need to sign up for attending the garage sales, and then get the list of garage sales from the posted garage sale list. The Garage sale list is developed, and provided to the unit by staff members who are actively seeking new supply line opportunities.

Every morning the list is posted at 5:00 AM those in attendance are field reps who have already signed up to attend the sales. Each rep. in attendance will get the list, then as a field rep team goes to the sale, that team reports where they are going to the office dispatch through a Buyer rep. who is ready to make buy orders to any field rep who finds a good buy. As the reps attend the sale in live communication with the buyer rep. and live video at the sale. the rep is going through as fast as possible to find the good deals, and as he is looking for stuff may get a buy order. Any large items are left at that location, and the buyer rep. assistant will arrange pick up if needed for furniture, and big stuff like boats, cars, who knows what we will find at a garage sale.

The list will be updated as the sales are hit. When the field rep team id done with a sale, and wants to go to another sale, then they look at the updated list. The team will then choose another sale available at that time. When the team chooses another sale, then that sale gets posted as a live pre view at such and such time, and estimated time of live preview. Unit members and subscribers are eagerly awaiting the next sale, and can see several all at the same time at the shop, or online.
