Personal Property Selling System

Start your own online business selling antiques, collectibles, household goods and more! With a guaranteed customer for source of your supply FREE to your business!

Your business will start by providing description services for our Company.

You get paid for providing this service by billing us for the work done.

You get paid an hourly rate to service the lot.

 The quota is 10 lots properly titled, described, and put into Turbo Lister per hour. 20 lots per hour on bulk lots. A bulk lot is a lot with items that use a special template for shipping. For example books, postcards, CD's, DVD's, sheet music, and so on.

You will use the time and activity log on line to keep track of your time, and activities for payment.

Your business will be supplied with all shipping materials FREE!

You will get all the training you need to get started, and ongoing training as far as you take your business FREE!

Description Representative (Reps) Duties

Descriptions:

1. Bring in gallery image for the lot from the web site. You do not need to take photos for the lots!

2. Set proper title and description for the items in the lot.

3. Upload the lot with all the items in the lot into Turbo Lister.

Email:

Answer any email questions about the items you launch.

Shipping:

Ship out sold items. All supplies provided! Set up one day a week for shipping the sold items. In addition to the 10 hours minimum working on descriptions. You will get paid for providing the shipping service @ 10.00 per hour.

 RE-List:

Put unsold items into the eBay store. You can use Turbo Lister to do this fast and easy!

Feedback:

Leave a feedback for those buyers who leave you one.

That's it!

Your business will get paid a $10.00 hourly rate for servicing the descriptions to start.

TIME

10 hours minimum per week work on descriptions. To start out you will get 10-15 hours to start off with. Plus your shipping day. When you reach the quota on a regular basis within a week or so, then your hours will expand to up to 40+ hours as much as you wish.  The more ambitious you are the more you can work.

The weekly quota is 100 items 10 hours @ 10 items per hour, and 20 items for bulk lots.

Shipping: When a payment is made with PayPal, you will print a hard copy of the payment, and turn this into the company. The company will collect and use the buyer information in a data bank. Each package that is shipped out, you will include a thank you flyer, and 2 business cards. The flyer will have real estate information, and other information on it. You will get the paper for printing FREE! The flyers will be supplied FREE!

Feedback: When a feedback is left from a buyer, you will return a feedback to that buyer. The feedback you leave will be a pre set feedback placed in notepad on your computer. This feedback will thank the buyer, and offer the buyer a FREE GIFT.

Description Template

You will use the description template provided to you UNCHANGED when working on and launching lots that your working on for the Co.

Selling Your Own Items

Absolutely!! You should sell your own items!! When your on your own time, you should sell your own items you can make extra money. Based on your sourcing efforts you will easily make money! When you start getting good at sourcing, and start running out of time, then your ready to move up as a BUYER REPRESENTATIVE! Think of it like this, you will start at 10 hours a week servicing the co. lots, and quickly move up to 30-40 hours. You take 10-20 hours and start selling your own sourced items and make money every week selling your own items plus 300- 400.00 a week servicing the Co. lots.  how much can you make selling your items? Well that depends on what your can find, and your ability to source. At least 500.00. You already up to about 1,000.00 a week here to start! Remember this is your business! As you get better sourcing your items, then you will reduce the lots done for the Co. and start going down in hours for the co. When you get back to 10 hours, your ready to be a buyer rep.

Buyer Rep Business

As a buyer rep you will move away from working on descriptions and start making more $$ as a buyer rep! You will start spending your time in the field sourcing items to be sold. Your sourced items will go to description workers just like you did when you started out.

As a buyer rep you will decide for your self what items you are going to put into the system. this is your business, and the items are your items. It is up to you what items your want to work up and launch yourself.   You will find out very quickly that you will run out of time doing it all your self, and in an effort to turn over the bank roll fast, you will want to put items into the system, so you can get out and buy. You make money when you buy, not when you sell! So you will make a business decision as to the time factors.

You will need description workers to help you describe and launch the items your buying. It is up to you what items you buy, keep, sell yourself, or put into the selling system. You will decide as a business owner to let the co. help you with the outlet support, so you can spend your time buying in the field, and less time doing description work, and imaging, shipping, emails, and everything else. the buyer rep then hires a description worker. Any description worker you hire will get trained in, and use the same set up, and program as you did when you started out. Your paying the description worker to work on your items, it is your business. When you put items into the system the photos are taken for you and the lot is then delivered to your description workers. The Co. is providing your business with photography service. Your business will then make a payment to the Co. to have the photos take and processed for you description workers. This will be a very low cost. Lower is cost VS. the time it would take you to take your own photos. This is one way the Co. will make money servicing your business. the cost will range from .10 to 2.00 depending on the time, and efforts needed to process your item. To have the Co. take the photos and process them for you, and deliver the lot to your description worker in a fast turn around time will save you time, so you can be free to be out sourcing! Using the time you would take taking your own photos, and use that time buying will make you more money!

The co. then makes money by providing your business with support services for your business. It is up to you how much support you need based on how much volume your able to source out. The higher the volume the more money you will make!

Your goal could be to hire on description workers, and get your description workers to become buyer reps. You then start moving up again! By starting to supply your buyer reps. with servicing. in other words make money for any support services ordered by your buyer reps. You will make money for basically referring services to your buyer reps.  you will get paid a referral fees for any services your reps need.

You get all the gross income or cash flow from all the sales made on all the items you send into the system less any services you order. If you need help in finding a description worker for example until you can find one that would be interested in getting into the business, and be a rep, your items will go to one of the Co. reps, and your pay for the work will be deducted from your gross sales in the system.         

Bank Roll / Partnerships

Your using your $ to buy the items. the are your items. If you find an item for $1.00 and decide not to put it in the selling system, and you do the work to sell it yourself in any number of ways, then sell it for $10,000, GREAT!!! good for you! this will help your business. You can see very quickly the system is set up to eliminate any ability for anyone to scam, or be dishonest. It is all up to you. you will find out quickly that using the selling system will be the best way to go, because of the great equalizer. the great equalizer is TIME!
the Co. will partner with your business on a case by case basis when you run into a deal where you don't have the bank roll to make the buy, and it would be a good profit. In this case ALL the items bought will go into the system, and any profit and expense will be split 50/50!!

Sourcing Training

Training will be provided, and available to all who whish to participate in training. Training is always FREE!!

Your ability to find deals will determine your profitability. As far as learning from the school of hard knocks, well;  if you over pay, or lose on items, you will learn real quick. This is why you would consider some training, to avoid some of this from those of us who have already lost!

Supplies

As a buyer rep you will order your supplies from the co. We can order in large quantities, and pass that savings on to you directly. Expecially when it come to shipping supplies, and paper.

Buyer Rep description workers

You as a business owner will agree to have all your description workers follow the same format as you did when you started. Or will do if you just starting out. The co. operates on volume and systems. 

Buyer Rep business expenses

Part of your expenses become services provided to your business from the co. The larger your business gets the more services you will need, but this will all be at lower cost if you were to go and be all on your own. You will see this when you first start doing descriptions. The co. will start offering other services as the co. grows. Remember it is up to you what services you want to use above the basic set up needed to operate. Services such as payroll, 401K, Health Insurance, and other related pool services and side benefits as time goes on based on the numbers of people in the entire system.

How to GET STARTED plan and grow your business

First off:  Welcome to the Personal Property Selling System!!

You start by opening up your business. FREE!!

As a sole proprietorship all you need is a tax #. The category is antique business. We will help you. all you need is a tax #.

Now your in business! Your new business will then order up a lot of items that you will service for the co. You will service the items with proper titles, descriptions, and upload the lot into Turbo Lister. Answer e-mails and ship out sold items. Re-list unsold items into the ebay store, and leave feedback. In return for this service that your business is providing to the co. The co. will pay you an hourly rate to process the order.

All training will be provided FREE! Everything you need to operate after your set up will be provided. you will need a few things to get started.

What you need: Your start up cost, and expenses.

1. You need a computer w/ high speed internet connection. Your responsible for maintenance of the computer.

2. You need a printer, and you will be responsible for ink. The paper is FREE!

3. you will need to section off some space to work out of. an office area where you can hold the items your working on. and room to have your shipping supplies. ALL shipping supplies are FREE!

4. You will set up an eBay seller account for selling the lots.

5. you will set up a PayPal account.

Payments

Paypal

When a payment is made on an item provided to your business for servicing through PayPal, you will print off a copy of the payment, ship out the item, then send in the stack of payment sheets to the co. The co. will then collect all the sheets from the entire system, and develop a customer data bank. A flyer will go into each package shipped. The flyer is a thank you note, and will have real estate, and other information on it. the flyers will be supplied to your business FREE. No need to print the flyers!

Mail in payments  

When a payment is sent to the co. PO Box (this is set up on your eBay account) after the payment clears you will receive an email with all the ebay numbers, and descriptions so you can then ship out those items. Do all your shipping on one day a week. When your done shipping for the week you will go to your PayPal account and send the money from the items sold, that you processed, to the bank account that will be set up on your PayPal Account.

Ordering up lots to work on based on your interests

When the lot is launched, then you order up another lot. The co. will set up the lots in like items. When your ready to order another lot you can choose lots based on your interests, and knowledge base. It is your expertise, so you should do the descriptions on the lots that best suit you. For example; if your interested in jewelry, then most of your lots will have jewelry. The co. will set up lots, and put the lots on the web site with a lot number waiting to be serviced. All you need to do based on your knowledge of the lot will be to choose to service that lot. You will order up that lot.    

Your business is paid every week for work done.

6. Start selling your own items. We strongly encourage you to sell your own items! All your doing is keeping your items and the items your working on for the co. separate. If you wish open up separate eBay id for your co. lots, and keep the id you have for your own items. your business will sent the co. a bill or invoice for servicing by using the time sheet and activity sheet located on the web site. You will get all the id's and codes to get to the site pages you need. The rate is $10.00 per hour to start. Plus what ever you launch yourself. 10 hours minimum for servicing, and pack and ship day. The pack and ship day servicing rate will be your base hourly rate 10.00 per hour to start.  

7. You should start setting up your business plan and set up some goals for your business. Remember this is your business.

Your going into business for yourself with little or NO start up cost + a Guaranteed customer! The co. is your customer! Your business is properly servicing the lots your customer offers.

8. Become a buyer rep! You can make a goal to become a buyer rep. You have the ability to make an unlimited amount of money $$$$ based on your ability to source. All the training is provider FREE!!!

As mentioned before:

You will want to sell your own items, and thus get down to the minimum servicing time of 10 hours per week. Because your spending the other 20-30 hours sourcing and selling your own items! So, you will start up and build up to 30-40+ hours working on descriptions, and as you start selling your own items you will then bring down the servicing hours. When you get back to 10 hours your ready to be a buyer rep! It is a cycle that will go as fast or as slow as you wish to learn the business. All training will be provided FREE!!

A goal could be to become a buyer rep in one year!
